  • 1 cup milk chocolate
  • 1 cup white chocolate
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden. Let cool.
  • Step 2: Melt the Chocolates: Melt dark, milk, and white chocolate separately using a double boiler or microwave. Allow them to cool slightly.
  • Step 3: Make the Filling: Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then mix in heavy cream and sour cream. Add eggs one by one, mixing gently. Divide the batter into three bowls and stir a different melted chocolate into each.
  • Step 4: Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour and smooth the dark chocolate filling into the crust, followed by milk chocolate, then white chocolate. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Step 5: Serve and Enjoy: Remove from the springform pan. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or berries. Slice and serve chilled.
