Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter cold
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease mini tart pans.
  • Pulse flour, butter, and sugar to form a dough, then press into tart pans.
  • Mix maple syrup, pecans, egg, and vanilla for the filling.
  • Spoon filling into shells and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
  • Cool slightly before removing from pans.
  • Drizzle with extra maple syrup for a glossy finish.
