Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ½ cup date syrup or honey
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup chopped dates
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips melted for topping
  • 2 tbsp almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix almond butter, date syrup, and almond milk until smooth.
  • Stir in protein powder, chopped dates, and sea salt to form a dough.
  • Press dough evenly into the pan.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea Á pinch of sea salt.
  • Chill for 1 hour, then slice into 12 bars.
