Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop 30g chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper
  • Whisk together all dry ingredients in a large bowl
  • Mix pumpkin purée, almond butter, and maple syrup until smooth
  • Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until combined
  • Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined
  • Fold in chocolate chips and spread batter in prepared pan
  • Bake 22-25 minutes until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs
  • Cool completely before cutting into 16 squares
