  • ½ cup almond butter
  • cup maple syrup
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix pumpkin puree, almond butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
  • Stir in protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, pecans, and oats to form a dough.
  • Press dough evenly into the pan.
  • Chill for 1 hour, then slice into 12 bars.
