Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F; grease 8-cavity mini loaf pan.
  • Whisk pumpkin, sugar, egg, and melted butter.
  • Add spices, baking soda, salt, and flour; mix gently.
  • Spoon batter into pan, filling 2/3 full.
  • Bake 18-22 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in pan 10 minutes; transfer to rack.
  • Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze.
