Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder sifted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 12-14 Oreo cookies crushed
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips + 1/4 cup cream for ganache

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F; line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment.
  • Beat eggs and sugar until thick; fold in sifted dry ingredients, vanilla, and butter.
  • Spread batter in pan; bake 12-15 minutes.
  • Roll warm cake in a powdered sugar-dusted towel; cool 1 hour.
  • Whip cream with powdered sugar; fold in crushed Oreos.
  • Unroll cake, spread filling, re-roll, and chill 1 hour.
  • Optional: Top with ganache and crushed Oreos.
