- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder sifted
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 12-14 Oreo cookies crushed
- Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips + 1/4 cup cream for ganache
Preheat oven to 350°F; line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment.
Beat eggs and sugar until thick; fold in sifted dry ingredients, vanilla, and butter.
