Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter natural, unsweetened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs for coating
  • Optional: melted dark chocolate crushed pretzels, or chopped peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • Chill mixture for 1 hour.
  • Scoop and roll into balls.
  • Coat in graham cracker crumbs or other coatings.
  • Chill 30 minutes to set.
  • Serve chilled.
