Ingredients
  

For the Tiramisu Layers:

  • 30-35 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup 240ml espresso or strong coffee, cooled

For the Mascarpone Cream:

  • 8 oz 225g mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1 cup 240ml heavy cream
  • ¼ cup 50g granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Topping:

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Crushed Oreo cookies optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Mascarpone Cream:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.

Soak the Oreos:

  • Brew espresso or strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Quickly dip each Oreo cookie into the coffee for about 1 second, ensuring they don’t become too soggy.

Assemble the Layers:

  • In a serving dish, arrange a layer of coffee-soaked Oreos.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the Oreos.
  • Add another layer of soaked Oreos, followed by the remaining mascarpone cream.

Chill the Tiramisu:

  • Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) to allow the flavors to blend and the texture to set.

Finishing Touches:

  • Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with crushed Oreos if desired.

Serve & Enjoy:

  • Slice and serve chilled for the best flavor and texture!
