For the Tiramisu Layers:
- 30-35 Oreo cookies
- 1 cup 240ml espresso or strong coffee, cooled
For the Mascarpone Cream:
- 8 oz 225g mascarpone cheese, softened
- 1 cup 240ml heavy cream
- ¼ cup 50g granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Topping:
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- Crushed Oreo cookies optional
Prepare the Mascarpone Cream:
