Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • ¼ cup crushed hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp milk or plant-based alternative

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix almond butter, maple syrup, and milk until smooth.
  • Stir in protein powder, espresso powder, cocoa powder, and hazelnuts to form a dough.
  • Press dough evenly into the pan.
  • Chill for 1 hour, then slice into 12 bars.
