Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F; line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Beat molasses, brown sugar, and butter until smooth.
  • Add spices, baking soda, salt, and flour; mix gently.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls; place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes until set but soft.
  • Cool on sheet 5 minutes; transfer to rack.
  • Dust cooled bites with powdered sugar.
