Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium apples
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut apples into 1-inch cubes; pat dry.
  • Melt sugar in a saucepan until amber.
  • Stir in cream, butter, vanilla, and salt.
  • Cool caramel slightly until thickened.
  • Dip apple cubes halfway in caramel.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt; place on parchment.
  • Chill for 20 minutes to set.
