- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1/4 cup sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon for coating
Reduce apple cider to 1/4 cup; cool.
Preheat oven to 350°F; grease mini donut pan.
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt.
Mix egg, melted butter, reduced cider.
Combine wet and dry ingredients; don’t overmix.
Pipe batter into donut pan, filling 2/3 full.
Bake 10-12 minutes; cool slightly.
