Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon for coating

Instructions
 

  • Reduce apple cider to 1/4 cup; cool.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F; grease mini donut pan.
  • Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt.
  • Mix egg, melted butter, reduced cider.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients; don’t overmix.
  • Pipe batter into donut pan, filling 2/3 full.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes; cool slightly.
  • Toss warm donuts in cinnamon-sugar.
