Ingredients
  

Apple Filling:

  • 5-6 medium apples 2 pounds, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Oat Topping:

  • cups rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking dish
  • Toss sliced apples with 2 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Spread apple mixture evenly in baking dish
  • Mix oats, 3 tbsp maple syrup, and ½ tsp cinnamon until clumpy
  • Sprinkle oat topping over apples
  • Bake 30 minutes until golden and bubbly
  • Cool 5-10 minutes before serving
