- 1½ cups Medjool dates pitted
- 1 cup raw almonds
- ½ cup walnuts
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 tablespoons water if needed
Ensure dates are soft; soak if dry
Optional: toast nuts for 3-4 minutes
