- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup butter softened
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugar, add flour and salt, and press into pan. Bake 12–15 minutes.
Whisk eggs, brown sugar, flour, salt, and vanilla. Fold in pecans and cranberries.
Pour filling over crust; bake 25 minutes or until golden.
Cool completely before cutting into bars.
