Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  • Cream butter and sugar, add flour and salt, and press into pan. Bake 12–15 minutes.
  • Whisk eggs, brown sugar, flour, salt, and vanilla. Fold in pecans and cranberries.
  • Pour filling over crust; bake 25 minutes or until golden.
  • Cool completely before cutting into bars.
