Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter natural, no added sugar
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips melted for topping
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  • Stir in protein powder, cocoa powder, oats, and salt to form a dough.
  • Press dough evenly into the pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
  • Chill for 1 hour, then slice into 12 bars.
