Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup cashew butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup dried blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix cashew butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Stir in protein powder, oats, cranberries, and blueberries to form a dough.
  • Press dough evenly into the pan.
  • Chill for 1 hour, then slice into 10 bars.
