- ¾ cup almond butter
- ⅓ cup coconut nectar or agave
- 1 ½ cups unflavored protein powder
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ cup chopped almonds
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Mix almond butter, coconut nectar, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in protein powder, shredded coconut, and chopped almonds to form a dough.
Press dough evenly into the pan.
Chill for 45 minutes, then slice into 10 bars.
