Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup almond butter
  • cup coconut nectar or agave
  • 1 ½ cups unflavored protein powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix almond butter, coconut nectar, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Stir in protein powder, shredded coconut, and chopped almonds to form a dough.
  • Press dough evenly into the pan.
  • Chill for 45 minutes, then slice into 10 bars.
